Printed layer 4 today: crimson red. Am not as focussed on the flowers having “rust” coloured edges as I am hopeful that once I carve away the entire flower and print a few more layers of background that the focus will be how vibrant the orange and red petals are. We’ll see!
Carved away all the block where I had printed crimson red. Block now ready to print burgundy.
I used the large v gouge for much of today’s carving and it went fast.
