Layer 8 completed on all 12 prints.
Was opaque white (60%) and Prussian blue (40%)
Mom helped me print 9. We enjoyed it and took a coffee break at The Gallery in the middle.
Next up: figure out what colour to add as layer 9 to work with the purple shadow around orange flowers + darker blue around leaves (it already blends more than the purple so is less a focus.
I don’t want to cover it totally as it gives a nice edge to the orange flowers but is choppy as it has a brayer rolled sharpness to it versus an organic halo. See example below.
Less obvious for leaves but definitely not organically blending in.
The question is whether one single ink layer/colour can neutralize/cover and also look as rich as what I have with the current teal.
I am wondering if a layer of this again with green/yellow added would counter the purple. i will need to test on my test print(s).
